HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING? We will reserve a date for you for up to two weeks; this is classed as a Provisional Booking. During this period if you wish to confirm your booking we ask for a £1500 non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract.

If you wish not to continue with your booking after two weeks we will cancel your provisional booking.

If both function rooms are booked a £2000 non-refundable booking fee is required.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY DEPOSIT?

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY DEPOSIT? We send you a letter confirming the deposit and date booked. Six months before your Wedding Date you are requested to pay a further 50% of your estimated wedding package total. We will then contact you 8 weeks before your wedding to invite you to go through your Final Details. From the information given we will then send you a pro forma invoice for the balance of your Wedding Day, this is to be paid two weeks prior to the date itself.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS WHEN WE BOOK THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE?

£77.50 per extra adult, £42.95 per extra child, £21.95 per extra evening guest.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS WHEN WE BOOK THE ALL IN ALL YOURS INCLUSIVE PACKAGE?

£68.55 per extra adult, £34.70 per extra child, £21.95 per extra evening guest.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS WHEN WE BOOK THE EVENING ELEGANCE PACKAGE?

£39.70 extra guest, or £36.45 with no chair cover when at max capacity.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS WHEN WE BOOK THE MIDWEEK MOMENT PACKAGE?

£39.45 per extra adult, £21.30 per extra child, £21.95 per extra evening guest.

WHEN CAN MY GUESTS BOOK THEIR BEDROOMS?

Your guests can begin to book bedrooms when your deposit is paid, we require payment in full on booking which will be fully refundable up to 2 weeks before arrival on individual bookings only.

Suppliers

DO YOU ALLOW CORKAGE?

Yes we do allow corkage on standard 70cl bottles of wine, sparkling & champagne ONLY.  There is a £15.00 per bottle charge for this service.

DO YOU ALLOW LIVE MUSIC?

Yes, this is allowed; please remember that a Band etc. will impact on your floor space for your evening reception. All Bands etc. need to hold a Public Liability Insurance Certificate and we will need a copy of this prior to your Wedding Day.

DO YOU ALLOW CONFETTI?

Confetti is NOT permitted indoors or outdoors, couples may be charged a clean up fee if thrown.

DO YOU ALLOW BOUNCY CASTLES?

Yes, but the company must have Public Liability Insurance and it must be manned all day by the company providing it. There is also a surcharge of £100.

DO YOU ALLOW FIREWORKS, CHINESE LANTERNS OR SMOKE BOMBS?

Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns and Smoke Bombs are not permitted at the Hotel due to close proximity of the boundary of the Manor.

We are also close to a Farm and believe it is unfair on any Livestock.

What times do you serve breakfast please?

Yes, We Do Serve Breakfast:

Mon- Fri – 6.45 until 9.30
Sat, Sun & BH 8-10
